1. Kyoto, Japan

Kyoto is a city where history breathes through every corner. With its ancient temples, stunning gardens, and traditional tea houses, it's a blend of the old and new. One of my personal favorites is the Fushimi Inari Shrine—walking through its thousands of vibrant red torii gates feels like stepping into a different world. If you can, try visiting in the early morning to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before the crowds arrive.

2.Santorini, Greece

There’s nothing quite like watching the sun dip below the horizon in Santorini, casting an orange glow over the white-washed buildings of Oia. The island’s volcanic beaches, with their black or red sands, are a unique feature that sets it apart from the usual beach destinations. One tip—try the local cuisine while you’re there. Santorini's tomato fritters are an absolute must-try as you relax by the ocean.

3. New York City, USA

The city that never sleeps has so much to offer, it’s hard to know where to begin. Central Park is a personal favorite, offering a peaceful escape from the city's constant motion. For a more cultural experience, spend an afternoon at The Met—you could easily get lost in its world-class art collections. If you're in the mood for something lively, Times Square at night is pure electric energy, and there's nothing quite like the view from the Empire State Building at sunset.

4.Cape Town, South Africa

With its breathtaking landscapes, Cape Town is a city that grabs your heart. Table Mountain offers unbeatable views of the city and coastline—I suggest taking the cable car up for a smooth ride. The vibrant V&A Waterfront is a lively hub for dining and shopping, but for a truly eye-opening experience, don’t miss Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. It's a humbling look into South Africa’s history.

5. Marrakech, Morocco

Marrakech is a feast for the senses. From the bustling souks filled with the scent of spices and leather, to the stunning gardens like Jardin Majorelle, the city is alive with culture. One of my fondest memories is getting lost in the maze-like streets of the medina—every corner reveals something new, from artisan crafts to local street food. If you visit, I highly recommend spending a night in a traditional riad to experience Moroccan hospitality firsthand.

6. Sydney, Australia

Sydney is one of those cities that offers the best of both worlds—nature and city life. You can take a scenic coastal walk from Bondi to Coogee Beach, passing stunning ocean views along the way. For a more iconic experience, catch a ferry ride across the harbor to get the perfect photo of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. There's also something magical about dining by the water at sunset, with the city lights flickering on the horizon.

7. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

There’s no place quite like Rio de Janeiro. From the vibrant energy of Carnival to the serene beauty of Sugarloaf Mountain, it’s a city full of contrasts. I still remember the feeling of standing beneath the towering Christ the Redeemer statue, marveling at both the city and nature sprawling below. And of course, don’t miss a day on Copacabana Beach—it’s the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun while sipping a coconut drink.
